WHAT IS One Year Fit?
It’s a year long course that sends you one email a week introducing a new habit, food or exercise to focus on for that week. Based on my experience as a personal trainer I have found making small changes, one at a time, will lead to a more successful lifestyle change vs. trying to change everything at once.
I will help educate you and motivate you to find a way to incorporate that weekly habit into your routine.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Do you have fitness or nutritional goals you’ve been unable to meet? Does a healthy lifestyle seem unattainable? Have you skipped 3 out of 4 of your last workouts because life got in the way? Have you not gotten more than 5 hours of sleep a night in the last week?
Does the thought of starting a fitness routine or meal planning for a healthy week of eating overwhelm you? Do you struggle to teach your kids healthy habits to set them up for success?
If your answer is YES then One Year Fit is for you! We will take it one habit at a time and introduce 52 by the end of the year to significantly change the way you think about how you are spending your time and money and how that directly supports a healthy lifestyle.
WILL IT REALLY TAKE THE ENTIRE YEAR?
Quick fixes will quickly be over.
You’ve seen it before and if you keep trying for the quick fix you will keep starting over. One Year Fit is about putting in the time and committing to making the change. It’s acknowledging the habit you want to change and knowing yourself and your schedule.
There isn’t a one size fits all solution to living a healthy lifestyle. The solution has to come from you.
WHAT IF I FAIL?
You will. Expect to fail. Things are always going to get busy and creating your healthy lifestyle is trial and error to find what works best for you. Give yourself some grace. Whatever you do, don’t quit. There isn’t a finishline, One Year Fit can be repeated year after year and you will always be able to create a new habit or adjust an old one to fit into your new phase of life.
