Now more than ever our food is focused on preservatives and convenience. It’s easy to get in the bad habit of going through the drive thru or grabbing chips on the go. We live in a fast paced world and our food has taken a back seat to our other commitments.
This year we are reprioritizing our health and starting to eat real food again. Spinach isn’t sexy, and home cooked meals take longer than McDonalds drive thru, but we dont want easy this year, we want healthy. We want to feel good because we are filling our body with nutritious food.
