The challenges adapt to each employees personal health and fitness level. It encourages everyone on the team to bring ideas, recipes and experiences to the conversation to share and build camaraderie among the team.
It doesn’t stop after one year.
The program lasts one year, but the conversation goes on. Many of our teams repeat the challenges yearly, encouraging each other to continue learning and improving. They enjoy signing up for fitness events together, exchanging health tips and keeping each other accountable.
What One Year Fit Isn’t.
This isn’t another office Biggest Loser competition.
We spend all day competing against each other for the next promotion, the next big sale, or face time with the boss. My program is about bringing the team together to collaborate as one. We aren’t judging how much fat you did or didn’t lose. One Year Fit says come where you are, with your fitness level, your eating habits, your busy schedule and let’s work on making improvements together. We take away the judgement and make your health a focus in a positive constructive way.
